By accessing our website, downloading our mobile app, or scoring matches on the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Description of Service

CricÓ provides digital sports technology and editorial content for cricket enthusiasts, scorers, clubs, and tournament organizers, including:

• Offline-first ball-by-ball cricket match scoring and cloud synchronization.
• Live web scorecards, wagon wheel shot visualizations, partnership charts, and player MVP leaderboards.
• Tournament management, automated points tables, and Net Run Rate (NRR) calculations.
• Cricket coaching guides, laws of cricket tutorials, and statistical match reports.

3. User-Generated Match Content & License

You retain ownership of the match data, team rosters, and tournament details you record using the CricÓ mobile app (“User Content”). By syncing User Content to the CricÓ cloud, you grant CricÓ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, calculate statistics from, and publicly display that match data on cricoscoring.com and associated shareable scorecards.

You agree not to submit team names, player names, or contact messages that are defamatory, unlawful, abusive, or infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use automated scrapers, bots, or excessive request floods that degrade server or database performance.
• Attempt unauthorized access to administrative routes, APIs, or database systems.
• Click on advertisements fraudulently or use automated means to generate artificial ad impressions or clicks.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the CricÓ mobile application or web platform.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The CricÓ name, logo, user interface design, statistical algorithms (including the CricÓ MVP Points Engine), editorial blog articles, and software code are the exclusive property of eHeuristic Solutions and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

6. Advertisements & Third-Party Links

To keep CricÓ free for grassroots cricket clubs and scorers worldwide, the Service displays advertisements served by Google AdSense, Google AdMob, and other third-party partners. We are not responsible for the content, products, or privacy practices of third-party websites linked through advertisements.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 100% accuracy in ball-by-ball calculations and continuous uptime, eHeuristic Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
